About us

Agustin has always had a passion for food. Growing up in an underdeveloped small town in Mexico, Austin would rarely be allowed to play. But instead accompanied his mother an hour away to the town’s local market to sell food. He was his mother’s sous chef, cashier, waiter, and runner. This is when Agustin’s passion for food ignited.

Agustin continued to pursue a career in the restaurant industry. He did it all, starting as a runner, then a cook, and on to Corporate Trainer for On the Border Inc. He transitioned to a Kitchen Manager, then a General Manager, and on to Restaurateur for 8 Chipotle Mexican Grill stores.

We achieve this by starting every day with fresh marinated meats, cut to perfection, and cooked at the perfect temperature. We buy our Torta teleras fresh daily from Mexican bakeries. There are no prepackaged powders or mixes in our Jamaica or Horchata waters, only raw ingredients, just like in Mexico.
